How long will my order take to ship?

Products usually ship out in 2-5 days, but may take up to 10 business days to ship out. Products are made on demand, so it’s normal for items to take 2-5 days to be processed and made prior to being shipped. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If 10 days pass and you have not received an email with tracking information, email liv@livimpulsive.com. We will respond with details regarding the shipment of your order.

SHIPPING TIMES VARY. Shipping times may vary greatly depending on what country the package is being shipped to. Once your order is shipped, you are able to keep up with its location by checking the tracking information.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is always free – internationally and domestically.

 

How do I know what size to order?

Every product has its own size chart within its listing. All items are unisex, so PLEASE CHECK SIZE CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING. Everything is made on demand, so we do not offer returns or exchanges.

 

I accidentally ordered the wrong item / put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Liv Impulsive is not responsible for incorrect orders or incorrect shipping addresses. However, we do want to make sure you get what you want & will do our best to correct errors if notified in time.

If you ordered the wrong item or entered an incorrect address, please email liv@livimpulsive.com immediately with details.

WRONG ITEM: If the item hasn’t been printed or embroidered yet, Liv Impulsive can adjust it to the item you would like, as long as it’s the same price. If I do not receive the email before the product is made, we are unable to make adjustments.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: If you entered the wrong shipping address, Liv Impulsive can adjust it if the item has not been shipped yet. Once the package is shipped, we are unable to make any changes & are not responsible.

 

What do I do if I open my package and something is wrong with my item?

Email liv@livimpulsive.com with your name, order information, a description of the issue, and a photo within two weeks of your package being delivered. We will happily solve the issue if we are accountable.  

 

How should I wash my item?

It’s always best to machine wash items inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle to maintain long-term quality.
